Incredible views of the canal, fantastic breakfast buffet, super friendly staff, perfect location for exploring Copenhagen.

The location is just outside the city yet walkable to the Metro and Nyhavn, around 15 minutes. The room offered a spectacular view of the Opera House, which was a highlight. The bed was incredibly comfy, providing a cozy atmosphere after a day of exploring. Staff were quick to respond and very welcoming. Breakfast featured delicious bread, and I still dream about the Christmas rice/cherry pudding. I faced some issues with the lack of coffee/tea facilities in the room. having to request a kettle felt inconvenient for a hotel of this standing. the breakfast coffee could improve, as the options felt limited. A bike rental fee feels unnecessary when Copenhagen is so bike-friendly. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel remains an excellent choice with its modern design and attentive staff.

I faced confusion regarding bike lockers, as unfortunately, one was stolen during my stay. This incident, along with the hotel’s inflexible response, left me disappointed.

Convenient luggage storage and 24-hour reception made my stay smooth. Wi-Fi was spotty occasionally.

The spacious superior king room had an inviting setup with a large seating sill that offered a fantastic view, making it a great spot to unwind. The complimentary mini-bar refills were a nice bonus, allowing for easy snacks any time without extra charge.

The absence of a coffee machine in the room was a letdown. having to request a kettle from reception should not be the norm at a hotel of this standard. I experienced a troubling incident involving a stolen bike locker that left a bad taste, as I was unexpectedly held responsible for the charges. Lastly, it would be nice if bike rentals were complimentary, given the bike-friendly nature of the area.

i loved my stay at 25Hours Hotel Paper Island! the location was super chill, right by the opera house and the views were breathtaking. the room had a comfy king size bed, which was a nice surprise since not all places in denmark offer that. breakfast was really great too, especially the bread! the staff were friendly and always helpful when i needed anything.

the only downside was that there was some leftover trash from previous guests in my room and the pillows were a bit flat.

It was a great match for one night in Copenhagen with extraordinarily good value for money. The free mini-bar refills were a nice surprise that made my stay more enjoyable. Just make sure to ask for a kettle if you like tea or coffee in your room.
